The Heritage Day is an international day proclaimed by UNESCO. The main purpose of this day is to raise awareness in our community of the value of monuments on the island that tell a lot about our history.
On the last Sunday of September locals and visitors will be able to visit monuments include the districts Nikiboko, downtown Kralendijk, Rincon and Antriol. 
The activities are organized by the Department of Culture, Arts and Literature (Skala) in collaboration with organizations such as Foundation Monuments Bonaire, Sòldachi Tours and Foundation Antriol Avanti.
